The voucher is valid for rentals from 1 September 2026 until 31 March 2027. Advance booking is required at least seven days before your intended pickup date.
The promotional rates include:
- 6% Sales and Services Tax (SST);
- Liability Reduction Option (LRO); and
- Super Liability Reduction Option (SLRO).
The promotional rates do not include Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
Personal Accident Insurance and other optional add-ons may be requested separately. Additional charges and availability may apply. Optional items may include child seats, subject to availability at the selected outlet.
Reservations must be made at least seven days before the intended pickup date. Customers are encouraged to book as early as possible, especially for weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
Payment for promotional vouchers can be made using:
- Debit or credit card;
- Online bank transfer;
- Cash; or
- DuitNow QR Pay.
Your e-voucher will be sent to the email address provided within 24 hours after payment is completed. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder before contacting Hertz Malaysia.
Follow the redemption instructions stated in your e-voucher. You will need to make your reservation at least seven days before your intended pickup date. Be prepared to provide:
- Your voucher or proof of purchase;
- Preferred rental dates and times;

- Non-refundable;
