The First Hertz EV Charging Station in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, October 2022 - Sime Darby Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd installed its first own Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station at its Central Region Centre located in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. The installation of two EV charging units will be able to deliver up to 22kW of charging capability to serve as an in-house charging station for fleet team. Sime Darby Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd is expecting to receive all 15 units of Hyundai Kona EV by November 2022 to meet with the demands for EV rental.
