No. However, customers who fails to follow shall reimburse SDRAC any costs incurred to restore the car to its original condition.

What are the payment methods?
1+1 upfront deposit and monthly fee, we only accept credit card.

What about the duplicate keys?
The customer will be given 1 set of key.
How do you monitor my mileage usage?
Every leased vehicle is equipped with a device to record the mileage usage.
Can I return/drop off my leased vehicle at a different branch?
No.
Can I take the vehicle to Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei or Singapore?
No. Customer cannot take the vehicle to Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei. If customer wants to take the car to Singapore, he/she has to apply for Certificate Insurance (CI) 5 working days in advance. However, any additional cost incurred during road accidents or breakdown will be barred by the customer as SDRAC does not provide road assistance outside Malaysia.
What if my car received summons or traffic violation?
The customer will be informed by SDRAC and given 30 days to settle the compounds.
